The Colonial Center is the largest arena in the state of South Carolina with 18,000 seats, and the tenth largest on-campus basketball facility in the nation. Located on the beautiful University of South Carolina campus, this one-of-a-kind facility features 41 suites, four Entertainment Suites, and the Frank McGuire Club, a full-service hospitality room that will have a capacity of 300. The state-of-the-art facility also features plush seating, a technologically advanced sound system, a four-sided video scoreboard, and a one-of-a-kind selection of unique concession foods that will delight fans of all ages.
The University of South Carolina's Athletic Department is the primary owner and operator of the Colonial Center, ranked 22nd in the world for total tickets sold in 2003 by Pollstar Magazine. Global Spectrum, the fastest growing public assembly management firm with over 40 facilities, manages the Colonial Center for the University of South Carolina Athletic Department. Global Spectrum is a subsidiary of Comcast-Spectacor, of Philadelphia, PA, which owns the Philadelphia Flyers, the Philadelphia 76ers, the Wachovia Center, the Wachovia Spectrum and several other entities. |

Guest Conduct The Colonial Center strives to provide its guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, the Colonial Center has established the following guidelines:
• Guests interfering with other guest's ability to enjoy the event may be subject to ejection.
• Guests using foul or abusive language or inappropriate or unacceptable gestures may be ejected from the Colonial Center .
• Guests appearing impaired may be ejected from and turned over to the authorities. |

Features for Patrons with Disabilities In addition to the main entrance, College and Green Street are also wheelchair accessible. Once inside the Colonial Center, elevators are available to provide access between levels.
Handicap Seating Handicap accessible seating is available at various locations throughout the Colonial Center. Handicap seating is available to the patron with the disability and one guest. To purchase handicap accessible seating, please call (803) 576 - 9200 and select Option 5.
Handicap Parking For your convenience, there are several available parking lots within walking distance of the Colonial Center. Accessible parking is available in all of the parking lots surrounding the Colonial Center. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled quests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicapped window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any vehicle may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Colonial Center and then, park their car in one of the lots and then meet that person inside the Colonial Center. A parking fee will be charged to every patron who parks in the lots surrounding the Colonial Center. (See above for advance parking orders).
Assisted Listening Device Assisted listening devices are available to hearing-impaired guests at no cost. The assisted listening device is a headset that broadcasts the Colonial Center's Sound System on a FM frequency. Any patron checking out an assisted listening device must leave a driver's license or a valid form of identification to receive the headset. They are available to the Guest Services booth located in the main lobby across from the entry doors.
