The Colonial Center Box Office is located inside the Colonial Center's front atrium and down the stairs.
Parking is available along Greene Street for 10 minutes while purchasing tickets.
Handicap accessible seating is the only by phone event ticket order that can be placed at the Box Office.
For your convenience, there are several different options for purchasing tickets for Colonial Center events.

Accepted Methods of Payment
Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and USC Carolina Card are all accepted methods of payment at the Colonial Center Box Office.  No Checks are accepted. 

USC Athletics Ticket Office does NOT accept American Express or the USC Carolina Card.

Additional Fees
All seats are subject to a facility fee (no matter where the tickets are purchased).  These are sometimes not included in advertised prices (this is done at promoter discretion). Tickets purchased through Online, charge-by-phone, Play It Again Sports, or Piggly Wiggly are subject to additional service charges.  Sales done at the box office windows do not have additional service charges.  
Will Call Window
Tickets purchased online and over the phone for pick up at the Will Call Window will be available available 2-3 hours prior to show time at the Colonial Center Box Office.

A confirmation number, picture ID, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up tickets.

Patrons may also leave tickets at the will-call window; however the Colonial Center cannot and will not accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets.

Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope. If you need to designate another person to pick up the tickets, please call the phone center at 1-866-4SC-TIXX and have them add the authorized person to the account.

Will Call typically closes at intermission of an event or concert.  The Colonial Center will attempt to leave the unclaimed tickets at Guest Services for the remainder of the event, but this is not guaranteed.  It is best to arrive on time for the show.

Tickets For Children
Discounted ticket prices for kids are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. USC Athletics requires everyone to have a ticket regardless of age to be admitted to USC basketball games.
Want to Purchase Tickets for Your Group?
Group discounts are offered for most games and events held at the Colonial Center.

Anyone interested in purchasing tickets for a group may contact the Group Sales Department at (803) 576 - 9078 or email grpsls@gwm.sc.edu. Typically, the minimum order is 10-15 tickets.
Print at Home Help
First, check your junk box or Spam folder. It's possible that the email was sent there by your email provider. If the email is not in there, please follow the steps below.
  1. Go to www.thecolonialcenter.com
  2. Click on BUY TICKETS in the menu bar. 
  3. Click on "Sign In ."
  4. When you get to the "Sign In" page, type in your e-mail/account number and password under the "Returning Online Customer" category.
  5. Once you have successfully signed in, you will be able to resend your print at home tickets.

Cancelled or Postponed Events
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Colonial Center website and event line. Please be aware that there is no way to contact all individual ticket holders other than the local media.  We will also attempt to send an email to customers that have provided their email address in their ticketing account. If an event is cancelled, refunds will automatically be given to phone and online orders. Customers who purchased at the box office or an outlet, need to return their tickets to the box office for a refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the box office up until the day of the new show date.

Cancelled Event - A cancelled event is one that will NOT be made up.

Postponed Event - A postponed event is one that WILL be made up at a later date.

Refunds / Exchanges
Customers can upgrade tickets for events when possible, however this is not a guaranteed policy and is done at the sole discretion of the event promoter.  There is a strict No Refund or Exchange policy.

Lost / Never Received Tickets

If the tickets were purchased at the Colonial Center Box Office
Cash payment: There are no instances when a replacement voucher will be issued if a patron has lost their tickets.
Credit Card Payment: Come in to the Colonial Center Box Office. The following information will be required: customer's name, date of purchase, credit card used. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket voucher will be printed and the original tickets will be voided.

If the tickets were purchased through Online Ticketing (www.thecolonialcenter.com)
Please wait until 48 hours prior to the start of the event, to allow time for the tickets to arrive in the mail. If they still have not arrived by then, please contact the Colonial Center's phone center (1-866-4SC-TIXX) to report your tickets lost or not received. They will give you further instructions once you place a report with them. Any replacement tickets will only be allowed to be picked up on the event day, 2 hours prior to the start of the show. This is to ensure the safety of your tickets, because once tickets have been replaced, no other replacements can be made. Tickets can only be picked up by the person who is listed on the account as the ticket purchaser with a valid ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets.

If the tickets were purchased through Charge By Phone
See above - online ticketing.

If the tickets were purchased through an Outlet
Contact the Colonial Center Box Office at (803) 576-9200 or come in to the box office. An attempt to locate your order using your valid ID and the credit card you used to purchase your tickets will be made. If your order cannot be located or confirmed, you will not be able to replace your lost tickets.

*In all instances, tickets should be treated like cash. There is no guarantee on replacing tickets if you lose them.*

Stolen Tickets
A police report will be required by Colonial Center Management. Stolen ticket passes will be given out at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and only after verification of purchase. The pass will have the location of the original ticket(s) printed on it.

Features for Patrons with Disabilities
In addition to the main entrance, College and Greene Street are also wheelchair accessible. Once inside the Colonial Center, elevators are available to provide access between levels.


Handicap Seating
Handicap accessible seating is available at various locations throughout the Colonial Center. Handicap seating is available to the patron with the disability and one guest. To purchase handicap accessible seating, please call (803) 576 - 9155 during box office hours or call the 24-hour phone hotline at 1-866-472-8499.

Handicap Parking
For your convenience, there are several available parking lots within walking distance of the Colonial Center. Accessible parking is available in all of the parking lots surrounding the Colonial Center. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicapped window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any customer may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Colonial Center and then, park their car in one of the lots and then meet that person inside the Colonial Center. A parking fee will be charged to every patron who parks in the lots surrounding the Colonial Center. Typically parking fees are $5-7 per parking space.

Assisted Listening Device
Assisted listening devices are available to hearing-impaired guests at no cost. The assisted listening device is a headset that broadcasts the Colonial Center's Sound System on a FM frequency. Any patron checking out an assisted listening device must leave a driver's license or a valid form of identification to receive the headset. They are available to the Guest Services booth located in the main lobby across from the entry doors.

If you need assistance while at the Colonial Center, please contact an usher or staff member. In addition, the Guest Services Center is located in the front atrium in front of the main entry doors. Any Guest Services Rep will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
