*Always verify your tickets as soon as you receive them. We work very hard in all sales to be as accurate as possible. However, mistakes do happen and sometimes the wrong date is selected or the wrong number of tickets, etc. If you catch this early, we are more likely to be able to quickly assist you in correcting the order. If you wait until the day of the show, there is a chance no more seats will be available for a comporable correction. If you do not tell us until after the show is over, we cannot make any adjustments to your order as the event has been settled and closed. We strive to make your experience at the Colonial Center as wonderful as possible. Let us know if we can do anything to make your time with us more enjoyable! |
